Featuring a gorgeous vintage 1940s Mid Century Sterling Vermeil Y necklace adorned e with a lovely genuine Conch Shell Cameo accented with brilliant luminous rose cut Garnets. Necklace measures approximately 17.5 inches around with a 1.5 inch pendant drop at 8.8 grams respectively. In superb vintage condition with a functional clasp, minimal wear with all stones intact. Necklace is unmarked, tested as sterling. A truly unique piece, beautifully designed and ready to wear!
