Adorned with two heart charms, one is a functional locket measuring 1 inch in diameter and the other has Swarovski crystals set in a silver plated heart charm, hung on a thick chain bracelet with a signed Catherine Popesco hangtag. Bracelet is in excellent vintage condition with working C spring clasp and measures in at 7 inches around.
